We recently had Glenn from One Step Beyond Lofts board out the unusable loft space in our three-storey townhouse, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the result. Despite the limited space, he’s created us a much more practical and usable loft space which we can now store things in. Glenn’s attention to detail is outstanding, and the finished look is fantastic with the insulation completely hidden away underneath. He is the ultimate professional, prompt and reliable, and he even went the extra mile by fitting a light in the loft, which makes it so much easier to get in and out safely. On top of that, he’s a genuinely lovely guy, extremely tidy and conscientious, and his pricing is very competitive. We can’t recommend Glenn enough! We had our loft converted for storage around 3 months ago… and our only regret was not doing it sooner! Glenn is the friendliest, most professional tradesman we have had do work for us. It truly was a pleasure to have him around. I now use our loft space several times a day, as access is so easy, I now store my families coats and shoes up there. Pre-conversion I had never been up there at all. Would just like to thank Glenn from "One Step Beyond Lofts". From initial meeting Glenn was very helpful and friendly. He talked us through the process and gave us a price. We went on to get another two prices from other companies (need not have bothered) and Glenn's price was by far the best. A few weeks later and wow what a fantastic job he did.
