We recently had Glenn from One Step Beyond Lofts board out the unusable loft space in our three-storey townhouse, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the result. Despite the limited space, he’s created us a much more practical and usable loft space which we can now store things in. Glenn’s attention to detail is outstanding, and the finished look is fantastic with the insulation completely hidden away underneath. He is the ultimate professional, prompt and reliable, and he even went the extra mile by fitting a light in the loft, which makes it so much easier to get in and out safely. On top of that, he’s a genuinely lovely guy, extremely tidy and conscientious, and his pricing is very competitive.
